Corporate social responsibility has always been part of Cisco's culture, based on our values of openness, integrity, teamwork and generosity. Cisco's initial focus was on social investments as well as on recruiting and retaining the best talent. Our focus today has evolved to include minimizing our environmental impact, first by focusing on our own operations and then on optimizing efficiency, reuse, and recyclability of our products.
