Cisco Showcases New Approaches to Research and Administrative Computing at Educause 2010 - Higher Education Technology Conference

Cisco will highlight its higher education innovation pavilion that fosters innovation and growth, during the 2010 Educause annual conference. Cisco education executives will discuss how these solutions increasing efficiency, help researchers work better together, and attract more research dollars to their institutions. Additionally, Cisco is extending its Smart+Connected Communities vision by taking advantage of advanced video technology to instill remote education services.

For the first time, Cisco Research and Administrative Computing Solutions for Higher Education will be demonstrated to attending media. These new solutions are designed to deliver advanced collaboration and computing power to drive innovation economically and efficiently, and to facilitate research interactions worldwide.
Experts will discuss how Cisco's Connected Learning suite is improving the higher education environment by helping faculty and staff to increase efficiency, deliver next-generation learning environments, and improve safety and security. This suite allows educators and administrators to realize greater economies of scale and decrease cost, effectively doing more with less.
