Cisco Statement on Resolution of Ward Litigation
SAN JOSE, Calif. - February 5, 2010 - Please find below a statement from Cisco on resolution of the Cisco-Ward litigation:
"The parties are happy to report that the disputes among them have been resolved to their mutual satisfaction and Frenkel and Cisco apologize for the statements of Rick Frenkel on the Troll Tracker blog regarding T. John Ward, Jr. At Cisco's request, Ward has agreed that the settlement agreement is confidential."
