Cisco Corrects Information Relating to China Manufacturing Spend

Cisco is stating that the 40% projection for manufacturing spend in China made by a Cisco field executive on June 22, 2005 is inaccurate. The current spend in China is in the low 20%.

Cisco expects China to continue to be an important part of the assembly and component supply base. Cisco will continue to use a geographically balanced outsourced business model for manufacturing production (over 90%).
