SVP, US Commercial Sales

As Senior Vice President for US Commercial at Cisco, Tim and his team are responsible for driving profitable growth and transformation through the sale of Cisco’s products and services to a diverse group of business accounts, ranging from small-and medium-sized businesses to Fortune 1000 companies. Tim leads a team of more than 2,000 field resources across the US, including sales, engineering, marketing, and support programs that contribute to over $8B in annual Cisco product and service sales. 

As a leader, Tim believes success is best achieved as a team. He is dedicated to building team talent as well as expanding his leadership skills. He values the power of diverse perspectives within a team and has been a longtime sponsor of numerous inclusion, equality, and diversity groups. While embracing all facets of technology is his passion, he is most interested in hybrid work, immersive technologies, and sustainability.

Prior to his current role, Tim was the Area Vice President of Global Enterprise Segment South and West, where he led Cisco’s engagement with customers in all industries - Energy, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Transportation, Financial, and High-Tech organizations around the world. Having led his team through massive digital transformation, Tim acquired valuable experience grounded in finding a balance between emerging technologies, software, hardware, and services. 

With over 25 years of experience in technology sales, Tim has been at the forefront of Cisco’s commitment to delivering technology-driven business value rooted in customer intimacy, verticalization, and industry-specific partner ecosystems.

Tim holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in Houston.
